Brief project description:
Technology transfer, or implementation of other companies’ experience, is one of the most effective methods of business development. This way, company obtains new technology know-hows and new production methods without wasting extra time or financial resources.
Partnership program developed by 2PR Agency included four levels: trade partnership, industrial technology transfer, transfer of operational processes and franchising. We developed basis of technology transfer at each level of the project, created regulatory documents and presentation handbook.
